For this purpose, we process: a) your basic data (e.g. Name, Email) and b) data associated with customer evaluations (e.g. booking options, name, rating, booking dates, data that may be contained in submited forms).
The processing is necessary for safeguarding our legitimate interests, specifically in measuring and calculating customer satisfaction derived from the provision of our services, with the aim of optimizing the services we offer and maintaining a continuous effort to meet our customers’ needs.
Who we share your data with
Access to the data is restricted solely to essential personnel , all of whom have received the necessary information to ensure the secure processing of your data. Furthermore, external companies collaborating with us (in processing) may have access, subject to a specific assignment of processing, such as booking service providers.
Where your data is sent
Typically, your personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area. In cases where such a transfer is necessary, the standard contractual data protection clauses and/or relevant Adequacy Decisions, as endorsed by the European Commission, are applied.
How long we retain your data
Your personal data is retained for a reasonable period, determined by the nature of the data processing and only as long as necessary to fulfill its intended purpose. Specifically, personal data is retained for a period of two (2) years after our last correspondence.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included.
